DMS is a privately owned company formed in 1987 with a successful record of providing weather observations, weather forecasting, and air traffic control services for the FAA, NOAA, DoD, and City Municipalities. DMS has a proven track record of successfully managing technical services.

DMS is currently contracted with the FAA to provide certified weather observers to back up and augment ASOS at 29 locations across the contiguous United States, including Alaska.
